TCAT Jacksboro would like to recognize Leigh Henegar on her Graduation from the Cosmetology Program with perfect attendance! Leigh graduated today with perfect attendance and has an “A” average all while maintaining a part time job. She made the trip from Clinton to LaFollette each day to attend class without ever being late. According to her instructor Leigh is a talented stylist and was an inspiration to others in her class. She stayed focused and completed each task in a timely manner. I look forward to seeing Leigh’s success as she will be taking her test to become licensed.
