A breakroom area with vending machines is provided on the main campus. State Vocational Rehabilitation operates the Concession Stand for the blind at the Tennessee College of Applied Technology Jacksboro. The concession area vending machines are serviced on a regular basis by this program. The state provides this service for the blind or partially blind persons to become gainfully employed.

There are tables, chairs, and microwave ovens provided for the students use after purchasing from the vending machines by students for scheduled breaks and lunches. This area should be kept clean and neat at all times.
